HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE THE SOURCE AUDIENCES?
To give you a time estimate, generally stores with under 20,000 customers will be pushed to Facebook in under 5 minutes to start targeting ads with, but it may take several hours before Facebook fully matches the audience to users, giving you accurate audience size estimates.
We normally suggest to wait until the source audiences complete matching before generating Lookalike audiences from them. (more)
HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO I NEED TO BUILD AN AUDIENCE?
Facebook requires a minimum of 20 matched people (from emails) to create a regular or value-based source audience. It is also required to have a minimum of 100 people/emails in the source audience in order to generate Lookalike audiences from. (more)
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR AND VALUE-BASED CUSTOM AUDIENCES?
Regular Custom Audiences in Facebook are generated using only customer emails, giving Facebook the assumption that every customer is equal to your bottom-line. New Phizit Value-Based audiences gives your audiences another element to bid on or optimize for: each customer's predictive Lifetime Value to your business. (more)
WHY DOES MY AUDIENCE SIZE ESTIMATE SAY 'FEWER THAN 1000' OR '-1'?
It will normally take an hour or so for Facebook to fully match customers from your database. During this period it will sometimes show 'Fewer than 1000'. This may sometimes happen with source audiences as well as Lookalike audiences and is normally resolved in a few hours. If your source audience continues to say this after 24hrs, and you are sure that you have more than this amount in your Shopify, it is possible it had a very low match rate. WILL I SEE THE AUDIENCES UPDATE AS NEW CUSTOMERS COME IN?
If your store receives new orders or new/updated customers, we will update the source audiences in Facebook; where you can see under 'Audience Details' the updated customer match count everyday. Lookalike audiences will update along with the source as it changes, but will not be reflected in the 'Audience Details' section of the Facebook Asset Library. (more)
HOW DO I CONNECT A DIFFERENT FACEBOOK USER ACCOUNT?
In order to connect a new Facebook Account to Phizit; please make sure you have logged out of Facebook in any other browser tabs. The Facebook authentication popup will automatically connect to whichever account your browser is already logged in to. This may mean you will need to open Facebook on a new tab and log out. You will then be able to 'disconnect' your Facebook account in the Phizit dashboard to connect another. (more)
CAN I BUILD FACEBOOK ADS WITHIN THE PHIZIT DASHBOARD?
Phizit can only build and sync your audiences and Lookalikes to your Facebook Ad account. You can then search 'Phizit' when selecting your ads target audiences; but the ads must be built in Ads Manager or other 3rd party FB Ad builders. (more)
CAN I BUILD/SHARE THE AUDIENCES TO MULTIPLE AD ACCOUNTS?
We currently only allow active sync'ing to a single Facebook Ad Account. Depending on the permissions of your Ad Account you may be able to share the audience within you FB Business Manager, but this capability may be removed in the near future from Facebook. (more)
HOW DO I DELETE AN AUDIENCE?
Do Not Delete your two Phizit source audiences unless you are uninstalling the app all together, since this may impact any active campaigns using the audiences.
Although we highly suggest to keep all Lookalike audiences that are made, within Phizit and manually, you can delete any and all audiences manually within Facebook. (more)
WHAT PERMISSIONS DOES THE APP REQUIRE AND WHY?
When you install the app for your Shopify store, you will be asked to approve certain permissions, which include READ ONLY permissions for customer details, orders and products/collections. Phizit requires these permissions to analyze each customer's order frequency, cart-size, and behaviour to properly predict a lifetime-value to build value-based audiences. Phizit requests to read products info for our beta feature: product/collection based audience segmentation. Phizit permissions are READ ONLY, and cannot be used to modify any of your store or theme data. (more)
THE PHIZIT DASHBOARD CUSTOMER STATS SEEM OFF?
Do the stats at the top of the Phizit dashboard seem off? They are based on customers that have registered emails within Shopify, so if most of your customers come through Draft orders, or register their purchase with a phone number, they may be off. If they seem significantly incorrect, let us know so we can investigate. (more)

This is calculated as the TOTAL sales from all your Shopify customers (who checked out registering emails) DIVIDED by total number of purchasing customer emails saved in Shopify. This should give you a rough estimate of a baseline break-even point for a Cost-Per-NewCustomerCheckout. (more)

HOW DO I STAY GDPR COMPLIANT WHILE USING PHIZIT?
The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will affect any business selling and capturing data for customers in the European Union. This means that your website will need to capture active consent for all remarketing and data collection. In addition, if a customer requests you delete their data, you must adhere by first deleting them in Shopify and then within the Phizit app. Since Phizit has only Read-access to your Shopify store, Phizit cannot delete the requested customer data from your Shopify, which you will be required to do in order to be GDPR compliant. HOW DO I DELETE A SPECIFIC USER FROM MY PHIZIT AUDIENCES?
In order to fully delete a user from your Phizit Facebook Audiences, you will need to delete them from your Shopify account, and then within the Phizit app at the bottom. This will delete the user from all your Phizit Audiences and will not be repopulated.
